Initiate Your Request
Log into your POOTOO account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and assembly hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
